Director of Poland office and of the Wroclaw Global Forum at the Atlantic Council of the United States.

Veteran journalist and media manager. Gained his professional journalistic experience in the early 1990s while working for “Gazeta Wyborcza”. Later acted as a Deputy Editor-in-Chief of “Puls Biznesu” (Bonnier Business Press). In 2004 he joined Axel Springer group where he began working as an Editor-in-Chief of a newly introduced Polish edition of “Forbes”. For three years he acted as Editor-in-Chief of “Newsweek Polska”. In 2009 he was responsible for editorial merger of “Dziennik. Polska-Europa-Świat” with “Gazeta Prawna”, afterwards became a first Editor-in-Chief of the merged “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”.
In 2011 he joined Platforma Mediowa Point-Group, where he was responsible for negotiations with Bloomberg L.P., resulting with a launch of a Polish edition of “Bloomberg Businessweek”. In early 2012 he moved to WPROST weekly, where he took a post of the editor-in-chief, which he held for the next year. Since that Kobosko has been involved in a number of new projects, including a Polish edition of Project Syndicate, a global opinion website. He is a member of the board of Junior Achievement Foundation, member of the Program Board at the Polish Business Club, and the board of Leopolis for Future Foundation.
