He realized landmark campaigns connected with brand promotion for Play, Orange, mBank and many others. He has been a recipient of many awards and professional distinctions (The Best Music Channel on Eutelsat Satellites, multiple EFFIE, two times Agency of the Year award and many more). Rafał managed Polish and international advertising agencies. Previously, he held a CEO position at Grey Group Polska and before that he worked as a CMO at BMG Music and Sony Music Entertainment.
