A graduate of bachelor's studies in management and leadership at SWPS University. In the 90s, he was an economics journalist at "Gazeta Wyborcza," then deputy editor-in-chief of the daily "Puls Biznesu" and head of the portal pulsbiznesu.plHe served as editor-in-chief of the monthly "Forbes" (2005-2006), "Newsweek Polska" (2006-2009), "Dziennik Gazeta Prawna" (2009-2010), and the weekly "Wprost" (2012-2013). In 2013, he retired from traditional media. From 2013 to 2016, he headed the Polish branch of Project Syndicate, and from 2013 to 2017, he was the managing director of Prime Speakers. From 2013 to 2019, he was the head of the Washington office of the Atlantic Council think tank. He co-created and hosted radio programs (RMF FM) and television programs (Polsat News, Wirtualna Polska). He has served as a juror in journalism competitions. e.g.Grand Press since 2002. Member of the Management Board of the Youth Achievement Foundation (2012-2020) and President of the Polska od Nowa Foundation (2019-2021). In 2020, he served as the electoral representative of the Electoral Committee of the presidential candidate Szymon Hołownia, co-founder of the socio-political movement Polska 2050, and since 2022, first vice-chairman of Szymon Hołownia's Polska 2050 party. Since 2023, a member of the 10th term of the Sejm. He has served as chairman of the European Union Affairs Committee and a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee. He also served as chairman of the Sejm and Senate delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. In 2024, he became chairman of the New Europeans association.
