Paweł Dlouchy

President of the Management Board of Vectra SA from September 2024. Manager with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
He started his career at Accenture, where he implemented projects for leading mobile operators in Poland – from process transformation, through the implementation of CRM and billing systems, to the launch of number portability.
In 2008, he joined Multimedia Polska. As Customer Retention Director, and then Sales and Customer Service Director, he was responsible for developing sales strategy and improving customer experience. He has been with the Vectra Group since 2020. He has held key management roles in sales, customer base, e-commerce, and at the intersection of business and IT. As a member of the management board, he was responsible for sales, retention, and customer experience. He played a significant role in the integration of Vectra and Multimedia Polska.
Currently, as President of the Management Board of Vectra SA, he focuses on the company's strategic development and the further transformation of one of the largest telecommunications operators in Poland.
