For over a decade, he has advised broadcasters, telecommunications operators, and their chambers of commerce on copyright and related rights and their collective management (including litigation), radio and television regulation, and electronic services.
Since 2019, he has been a member of the Working Group on Copyright and Broadcasters' Fees and the Methodological Council for Return Path Data, established by the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT). The Council has also appointed him as a mediator in matters concerning inappropriate content posting on video-sharing platforms.
Wojciech regularly participates in parliamentary work on legislative projects concerning media, television, VOD and electronic communications, including the implementation of Directives (EU) 2019/789 and 2019/790.
In 2024, he was appointed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage as an arbitrator of the Copyright Commission.
